Pretty sure you can use it. You need to get your room key adjusted at reception to access it, dont know if theres a charge

Yes I have stayed at this hotel 5 years ago.

Decent nudest area but I feel the hotel is overpriced .Our room was tiny and I prefer Adeje to Las America by a mile

Stayed at this hotel a few times. Excellent location, very good hotel, decent nudist section on roof which can get busy. There is a pool or plunge pool on the other textile section of roof and from memory I'm sure they can see you if you stand up or walk about. Anyone staying in hotel can use the nudist part. You don't have to upgrade. I did see a little fun going on between an Italian couple late afternoon when it had quietened down. Plus obviously you get the men who cannot leave their cocks alone but I'd say its defo a no play nudist area on the whole. I'd go back in a flash.
