Any info will be much appreciated

I booked transport with zip and I've not had a email of confirmation, luckily I took a screenshot

Do they usually get in touch with confirmation

I did book it Xmas eve so thought I will give them to new year to send confirmation if not will have to get in touch as booked 13th January for gran canaria

We usually book zip transfer and we always get a confirmation email. We were last there in November 22. Hope this helps x
