It is a little way from Yumbo and Cita.. there are plenty of Taxis that can get you there quickly.

There are also buses nearby that go by both Yumbo and Cita centre.

We are there right now…. And wish we were somewhere else. What a cheap and nasty place. The bars below compete to belt out the loudest crap karaoke until 2 am after that the d*unk chavs and finish blokes scream in the hallways until sunrise. The cattle market they call ‘the restaurant’ serves the same inedible slop everyday. And if you want anything extra in the poorly equipped “aparthotel “ rooms you have to rent it by the day… like kettles and other firm wear that most other places provide as standard…

Can't comment on the hotel as we've never stayed in it and probably won't but it's the only area we saw police presence most nights walking past the other end of the street on our way back to our hotel. Not an area we would particularly like to stay in.

As for police around the Greenfield you will find that the Guardia Civil use mulligans for there coffee breaks and the local police use the lady pink next door so there is always police knocking around in the bars day and night

There are good and bad things about all hotels so for interest I just read quite a few TripAdvisor reviews and it's definitely marmite as is the surrounding area.

It would be wise to read all the reviews and make your own decisions based on what type of place you like. Some people want everything loud and close, we prefer to stay somewhere quiet where we can escape when we want even though we love the nightlife in Yumbo and Cita.

Just remember Greenfield is only a 3* hotel and that's what you get if you won't 5* then pay double and stay in one but it is clean and rooms are OK with a small kitchenette but who eats in there rooms anyway to be honest the food is ok but not 5* but we only ever stay b&b

So if you won't somewhere to stay that's clean and you just use to get ready to go out and sleep then Greenfield is fine

Booked for 3rd time in February. You know what you get... 3 star and mass produced breakfast as you would with a large hotel. Naturist solarium has been busy the last couple of times and met some great fun people. Don't be put off by negative comments. Pay more if you want elsewhere!!

We like the Greenfield. We stay b&b as we like to experience the island not just sit and get our monies worth at the bar or restaurant because we paid for our all inclusive.

Its each to their own in this life if it's not for you then it's a lesson in your life to take forward .

We Yorkshire folk have a saying ... you dont get owt for nowt.

If you want a 5 star experience then pay for the bugger ya tight sods.

Have fun and take care of all.

Yes it's a 3* (really should be 1*) We describe our ! week stay there last week... You can't forget about having an early night due to the bars underneath pumping out 'very' loud music until 3am. I like a firm bed but laying on ones made of concrete was too much.

Any more needed in the small kitchenette other than the one pan and 2 knives and forks had to be rented from the front dest from their 'extensive' list that other 'basic' apart hotels provide free.

And you people who think the food they provide is acceptable to anything other than pigs should really think about what you are putting into your bodies....

If this is your standards. then you are welcome too it. Pay a tad more for something more acceptable...

The negative comments are similar to trip advisor comments, rarely represent the experience you receive when you visit the place.

Been three times, always clean, food fine and service ok, that's what I was expecting for what I paid, stayed in plenty of hotels that were worse and had claimed to be better

He loves Greenfield! It was cheap and cheerful when we first went, now not so much! There is always something to eat but adequate not particularly good!

The naturist rooftop could do with freshening up.

The location is within a very lively area Irish bar, Karaoke and Spanish bar below, all open until very late/early.

The upside is you are regularly treated to a view of the hunky Spanish policemen visiting the Spanish bar below for coffee!

We stayed there last January and will be returning again in a fortnight. Had no complaints really it suited us although there were still a lot of restrictions at the time. It's in a good location plenty of bars and eateries within a stones throw Al's about a 10 min walk to the bus station. Also if you're thinking 9f visiting a club Eden GC is close maybe a 15 min walk.

I agree...

We booked for a week.. initial reaction was OMG what have we done.... Ended up staying for a month.

Staff were great and as we are Veg and Vegan we usually struggle with food in hotels. Not here. Plenty of fresh veg etc and they even went out and bought Tofu for us.

We now book apartments directly as we stay for weeks at a time but wouldn't hesitate to book Greenfield again. We were out most nights anyway (with days spent on their naked terrace) ....

"How far is Greenfields from the swinger clubs?"

We tend to walk...

To Eden you cross the bridge next to Greenfields then walk up to the next one.. Eden is right there... 15mins walk.

Cita center (where most of the other clubs are is about 25mins)..

However taxis are cheap.. €3-4

We agree! If it's your one and only holiday and you want steak on a plate then no probably not for you but if you want a reasonably priced hotel with clean beds, edible food and a rooftop you can sunbathe naked on then go for it!

I’ve stayed here last March... the nudist roof terrace is great, made friends and had fun... the hotel itself is spotlessly clean. Only tried the breakfast twice - I ate out all other times. If you want a budget hotel then Greenfield is good. .. staff are friendly too, bars out the front are good value.

After leaving the hotel cross the road past the bars and market sq turn left and the stop is immediately on your left. Any bus from this stop serves the Yumbo in approx 10 -15 mins
