I'm off to PDI for the first time on the 8th & wondered if paying by cash or card is more common (or both). I have one of those Euro traveller cards that SHOULD work with contactless and a pin but am I more likely to need cold hard cash?

Either way, what's a decent amount to budget for 10 days?

We found most places took cards. I think the beach kiosks and busses were cash only tho?

The sunbeds are cards only and the busses take cards too.

The only places that don't take cards are some of the clubs

It depends what sort of a holiday you plan on having....if you plan on staying around your accommodation, sunning yourself, with one meal out per day and just a few drinks in a bar, you could easily get by on €50 a day with change to spare. Start to add in any taxis, sun beds at the beach, entry to Clubs/Cinema and meals/drinks with anyone and €100/€120 would be a more realistic amount.

It honestly depends on your lifestyle and what sort of holiday you intend having. There are plenty of forum posts about Club entry prices and drink prices and you can check out many places to eat online.

A good few years back when I was going as a single guy, I budgeted €100 a day and that really was plenty
