Buying in Gran Canaria

That place in

Hi folks

I know there is loads of advice about the clubs and where to stay and what you can get up to on the forum

But we plan to buy a place in Gran Canaria and we would appreciate any kind of advice about buying a place

Best area to buy in or avoid,a good solicitor and real estate agent to get in touch with, taxes you have to pay, length of time to buy the house etc,we have all kind of questions to ask

We are Irish but be happy to chat to any one who has purchased a place over there

All advice will be welcomed,fell free to pm us, many thanks

to buy on the island depends on what you like ... most of the people who buy are outside the various country houses and if you want something small winged of devercion recommendable sonelan ...... if you want more information you can me speak

My only advice would be to be Irish. It's a pain moving over there if you're British...
