New Club in Lanzarote

Question for all you fabbers who live in or visit Lanzarote.

As you may know, there is currently no lifestyle venue of any type here on the island.

We are experienced developers and have been offered a large, local in a prime location with excellent sea views.

We are looking at possibly converting to an Ibiza style beach club and/or a lifestyle venue for swingers.

With regards the feasibility of converting it to a swingers club, I have a couple of questions for all you sexy people:

1. Firstly, how interested are you in visiting a swinger club in Lanzarote?

2. What facilities would you like to see?

3. Are there any clubs you particularly like elsewhere?

Any insight will be greatly appreciated and feel free to share with friends.

Thanks,

B

If you could re create the amazing vibe and venue that was Spice in Puerto Del Carmen you would be onto a winner in our book. good luck.......

What do you mean by a "venue"? Is it a hotel, or a club?

But good luck, in any case!

The best club I’ve ever been in was Mystique in Tenerife (the previous location). Amazing hosts, great music, and absolutely loved the out door veranda areas (huge) with lots of drapes that could provide privacy or could be opened if that’s what folk wanted and the gentle breeze that came off the beach. Ahhhh miss it! Haven’t been to the new one yet.

I would say PDC would be most popular location. Not too dark inside and super clean. Hate clubs that just stick a throw over a manky mattress.

Ar the end of the day it’s about great people and vibes (hosts and customers), location, music, marketing and lots of luck.

We’ll definitely check you out if you decide to go for it.

We don't go to Lanzarote because there aren't any clubs there!

But as others have said, I think an outdoors club would be a real draw given the weather.

Hi certainly a great idea and location sounds Fab. Depending on position outside are could be blighted by the cold breeze as you know we are not blessed with lots of balmy warm still nights. As you would be a pioneer it’s going to be difficult attracting enough customers to support a swingers only bar/club so perhaps initially you can split trade between a bar area (straight) & a discreet club area. I think initially at least it makes things more viable. Just my thoughts and I wish you every success if you choose to proceed as any bar/club needs lots of customers

Think you would struggle as you would be alone.

No swingers bars, no meeting places etc.

You would also have to compete with GC.

We went to Spice and thought it was over priced and pretentious, OK if you want to stay all day and night but again it lacked the numbers of GC.

I wouldn't chance it, rather spend money in GC where at least you have a ready created swinger audience.

Even Corellejo may be better for a swinger friendly bar.

We love Lanzarote and tend to tie it in with a visit to GC for clubs, bars, nude beaches. Flight over to Fuertuventura for nude beaches and the odd hook up and then boat over to Lanzarote for a rest, combined with the visits to Papagayo and the odd who's near meet.

Good luck if you plan to proceed.

Glasgow ish

We'd love a club in Lanzarote, weve always been on the lookout for a swinger scene in Lanzarote but there's been next to nothing (in our experience). We can't really comment from what we liked from other clubs as we haven't been to any but we have always been more interested in going to clubs abroad. As long as it was clean , ran well ie safe , managed correctly and had a good easy going atmosphere it would be right up our street.

costa teguise lanzarote not wales anymore

Think its a great idea to be honest.at the moment we meet people on holiday on the island and all have said is there no swinging scene here at all.cant see why it wouldnt be very popular with locals and visitors as long as its not over priced and very good with lots of facilities.sure gc is close but if you get a good reputation it will be great.hope you go ahead with it.R&P.
