Has anyone traveled to Spain this week that can confirm the requirements if you’re unvaccinated as the gov website isn’t totally clear.

Thanks

You won't get in.

You need both doses of a 2-dose vaccine or one dose of a single-dose vaccine). Must be no more than 270 days prior to travel to Spain. If more, then you must be able to show proof of having received a booster jab.

Yep, as above.

Travelling to The canaries next month and had to have a booster due to the 270 day rule.

It’s for a friend of mine, they traveled there a couple of months ago and only needed a pre departure pcr test. That seems to have gone when I thought restrictions were being relaxed not made harder

What makes you think that Spain is relaxing its entry requirements?

Costa Blanca Spain...

It may be different for the UK but we travelled from Germany to Spain last Saturday.

Prior to boarding at Dusseldorf they didn't ask to see anything.

On arrival in Alicante they only asked for the locator form.

We had everything with us, double jabbed plus recovery certificate, and negative test certificate but no-one asked to see any of it.

BTW in Germany recovery counts as 3rd jab.

Restrictions aren’t there to make things “harder”.

They’re there to save lives.

I know it’s a bummer when it impacts upon your holiday OP ….

Covid recovery certificate is valid entry to Spain now but must off been issued by a health authority

Reading the other posts there seems to be very little difference.
