With plan bin action next thursday does rhat mean we no longer have to buy a day 2 test and give fef number on our PLF when we return to the uk

lets hope the weather is a bit better in PDI, was there in Dec a few weeks ago,so very windy really could not get on beach , or should i say kiosks 4/6 , been going same time for about 15 years now in Dec, and the worst ive seen, i know we have to get the the winds from Sara but more than usual not sure if its climate change or not, x ps also its about time they sorted the council sorted the beds/kiosks out, any one got 1000000 euros spare, to pay them of he he
