On an island where dancing is still not allowed, we would not indulge in impromptu sex with strangers. Rarely did before Covid.

We have long term swinging friends from all ove Northern Europe who return regularly to the lagoons.

Probably a higher density of people in the lagoons.

On occasions when we've been at the dunes we get pestered by predatory single guys, so tend to avoid. Single guys are not our 'thing'.

Other couples we know enjoy that scenario. Horses for courses!

The lagoon beaches are in El Cotillo. They lie between the town centre and the lighthouse, to the North. El Cotillo is about 20 minutes by car from Corralejo or 40 minutes on the No 8 bus.

Very relaxing weather not perfect due to storm Celia that caused the U.K. Sarah’s dust cloud but we achieved what we went for. Looking forward to autumn sunshine but have a summer holiday in between in Greece to keep the teabag stain coloured tan topped up

There are two big hotels on the beach.

The stone circles are before the first one. And also past the second one.

Depending on what part of town walk from the time to the furthest can be an hour plus. maybe catch the number 6 bus and ask for the hotels stop ( 1.40 euros) a better option.

The bus stop is buy a decent supermarket so you can stock up on drinks etc for the day rather than carrying from town. It also has an ATM which is handy x
