Completing FCS form with NHS Pass

ST. AUSTELL

Advice please in completing the section regarding Covid certificates;

Choices are

EU Covid digital certificate

OR

Other

As the NHS pass

is now accepted the same as EU pass which is the correct choice??

Dont want to mess this up!!

I have used both my partner I used other and for mine used EU and they all work and load the cert, so choose either.

Also when choosing the region use Canarias not Spain.

And telephone number use GB +44 and not any other +44

email address needs to be of the person booking the flight tickets, that one had me banging my head against the wall.

i book the flight for my sister and nephew, my sister is the lead name but i did it on my email is that ok, also i have to do there PLC to get in to gran canaria, as they have no wifi etc, etc and live 200 miles away i have to sent them up there by spicial post to arrive next day, i know i can complete the first bit of there form before the 48 hours slot, what personel enfo will i need to complete there form, i mean will i need to know when and what vacination they had etc, PLEASE can someone help , thanks x

There are some helpful Youtube videos.

You will need there flight number and seat number and details of vaccination or otherwise.
