Hi All,

Thinking of going away for Christmas, not sure which to choose? Never been too either, as long as there is sun and bars. Any recommendations?

Tenerife

Hi, I am from Tenerife and My mother’s family is from Lanzarote so I know both well and visiting them regularly (I am living in Edinburgh now).

It will depend on what you are looking for, there are nice pubs, sun and nice atmosphere in both, but and easy way to summarise will be:

LANZAROTE: More sun and better beaches.

TENERIFE: More things in general, better swingers live, actually there is a swinger club call ‘The Mystique’ which is espectacular (you will find there locals and tourists)

I hope this helps, but if you have any particular questions I will more than happy to answer then.

* I plan to be in then both around Xmas…

Lanzarote

Depends on how much swinging you want to do on holiday. Lanzarote is a better destination for bars and restaurants than Tenerife, but Tenerife probably has more swinging opportunities. but if its swinging that you want Gran Canaria is probably the better option

There is great nudist resort in lanzarote with nice enclosed bay for swimming. Great to get naked as well

Gutted that you chose Tenerife.. Lanzarote isn't too breezy especially at Xmas

will miss seeing you. fingers crossed that you change your mind and come out to lanzarote soon

No, but I've heard wonderful things. Weather is great in day (cardigans in evenings) atmosphere brill etc. Here now and it's hot lol

Im staying in PDLA near Veronicas in a private apartment so if you fancy it you are always welcome. I will be up for day/night drinks too, i go 3/4 times a year so know plenty of good places

Has to be Tenerife for the warmer weather and so much more to daytime. Then at night time theres lots of fun to be had for swingers.
