Could some of you nice people explain the set up in Vera Playa to us please.... Is it a similar set up to the Cap ? are the beaches/bars/hotels nude? what is accepted and what is NOT accepted and what is the season there? Thank you ahead for answering these questions. Looking for something different to GC or the Cap

Costa Blanca Spain...

It has a long naturist beach with a few bars dotted along it and on the naturist urbanisations you can walk around naked and be naked in and around the pools. There is also one naturist hotel and one swinger club.

However that is where the similarity ends.

Sex on the beach? Forget it.

At night in the main bar/restaurant area it's normal clothing. You may occasionally see someone in a more daring outfit but that is very much the exception. And even then it will be tame by Cap standards.

Bars like the Melrose, Bodega Etc just don't exist there.

For a naturist break it is as good as anywhere but swinger activity is very low key and very much behind closed doors.

In my limited experience of the place, yr description sums it up, very good ????.. there in 8 days ….

There is only one hotel in the naturist area "Vera Playa Club Hotel"

Position is excellent, we've not stayed there and have read mixed reports. Quite expansive as well.

We rented an Apartment in Natsun which was quite good and only 80€ (ish) per night in late July.

We have stayed at the VP Club Hotel a couple of times and in all honesty cannot recommend it. Yes great position and the open internal space of the interconnecting pools is very good.

However it is expensive, everything is extra ie secure parking, room safe, WiFi. The worst though was the food. Second time there only had breakfast and much better to eat at close by restaurants.

This is going back 3 years or so and of course things can change.
