Fingers crossed for you all that Boris brings in the no quarantine from Amber countries in the next couple of weeks!

We’ve just got back from Greece and it’s all a big faff & expense (had a text & phone call checking up on us already this morning) That said, no regrets whatsoever as it was amazing to get away!

And we’ll be doing the same again in GC in September hopefully! Mrs H x

Yes we stayed there two years ago and had an amazing time too as some of our pics show ... we loved the chair and the things in the play room. We only had 4 days last time and this time it’s 10 - just hope it’s fairly busy. x

I hope it goes green at the next change but I don't know who to believe. The Spanish tourism minister who leaked that it will after consultation with the UK government or this article which is more pessimistic?

Worth noting that only a full course of NHS vaccinations is accepted. If you didn't get your jabs in the UK and aren't on the NHS database, nothing changes.

We have also applied for the letter on the NHS website to show proof of double vaccination just as a back up to the app. Probably better to have both.

Also I believe you have to be double vaxxed 14 days prior to arriving which may catch some out.

We've printed off certificates as to be on the safe side.

Are you aware GC have gone into tier 3, means going out earlier as bars/clubs have to shut at midnight. Still can't wait....

Its changing to level 2 - but correct re midnight closing - we were there when both level 1 & 2 - just have to get out earlier in the evening - still really good fun & sun always shining..

What generally happens is that establishments open earlier to compensate, so the party just starts earlier in the evening. This means you get to wake up earlier, get to the pool/beach earlier and leave earlier. It's the same schedule but with a time shift (the main difference being you catch breakfast! )

Sounds perfect to me although I'm often seen on the beach catching up on my sleep after a dip in the sea to cure the hangover lol. Just be there at 6 am when curfew is over rather than 10.30 am lol. Can't wait to get out there and meet you guys xxx

Don't forget to bring a good torch

It wasn't so long ago that we had a 10 o'clock curfew so 2:00am was starting to feel like a luxury. Midnight isn't a trainsmash. Having bars close at midnight but no curfew otherwise is like a law made to suit swingers. (See hotel afterparty)

Looking foward to meeting you guys as well

We had the best time last September when the curfew/early closing was in force, start early, finish early. The playrooms at Venus in the evenings were a LOT of fun, and still up bright and breezy for breakfast.

Yes most clubs are open most nights. Weekends tend to be busier than through the week. All a lot quieter than normal times but then we expected that.

All clubs shut at midnight pretty much so nights start earlier, 10-12 is your best shout but if you go earlier you might still be in luck.
