Article in the independent yesterday says that UK Government will not take an islands approach and it is not likely that Spain will be on the amber list at the next review

From yesterday Independent.

The Department for Transport has yet to take an “islands approach”, distinguishing between, for example, the Canary Islands and Spain, despite infection rates being much lower in the former.
