Now that it is looking highly likely that Gran Can will be added to the green list.

Are more people now booking to stay in July?

Zurich. NOT London.

We booked a few weeks ago, flights were so cheap it seemed churlish not to take the chance. We will both have had both vaccines by this point, so hopeful that the green travel card will be operative. Not that fussed about it being a lifestyle holiday, just 10 days naked in the sunshine sounds good.

2-12 July Venus Star Resort.

Now that we know Spain is not on the green list I can’t see that changing soon. Vaccination rates need to improve and infection rate needs to decrease quite a bit before anything changes. I reckon things will stay as they are until September

Maybe, or gran canaria or islands will change to green if numbers drop.

Hope so I am booked in at Escorial spa hotel 28th june till 12th july...at maspalomas...fingers crossed...

I booked an apartment on July 24th to 31st. whether it is green or not. in the afternoon you can have a drink in the sun and maybe have a nice chat with each other in a bar. and we'll see what comes next when we have had some fun in the afternoon. maybe a couple would like to have some fun with me

We are optimistic that GC will be on the green list, as hinted by Boris, by the end of June, so we took the plunge and booked a 2 week package holiday from mid July whilst prices are low.

The scene maybe quiet but our priority is catching up with our PDI based friends over a few drinks, visiting the beautiful mountains and a bit of naked sunbathing. Any extras will be a bonus.

From the ground here in PDI... yes it's not as busy as normal... but it's certainly not quiet!

When you drive past all the self catering bungalows on the way into town the parkings are all full. It isn't as "English" as normal but a fantastic "post covid" vibe with lots of people gagging to party. The end of this year will be a party like the island has ever known!

Sounds very promising .... we just need to hideaway after a very challenging 6 months. Phones will be locked away so noone can get us lol.

Are hotels planning to open? If the one we booked doesn't, the fall back is an apartment if it's free. This trip is a warm up to the 3 weeks we've booked for October, that is in an apartment.

We'll definitely be checking out your club and be nice to meet you guys.

Let's hope things start going forward and normality is restored xxx

The good news just keeps coming in. EU countries putting us on their green list, Boris hinting we will be on the UK green list by end of May. Infection rates dropping and vaccinations getting rolled out as fast as possible...

We are aiming to be open for the end of June and already planning for an opening night to remember.

Hotels are opening up to meet demand, but if you get stuck for accommodation please message us privately as we have connections in that regard and can put you in touch with the right people

I'm staying at the Gran Canaria Princess. They confirmed to me via email that they are reopening on the 4th of June x
