Well hopefully we will get there but to be honest I can't see the social distancing rules being relaxed, that said we can still party but just can't touch!! lol

I predict by October, and this is just my prediction and opinion, that by October (in GC anyway) things will be pretty much back to normal...ish. And it WILL be a MAD MONTH!!

Theyu have a lot of bookings for April (Including us) and they are expecting to be open.

We always stay in hotel gold found it very nice hotel and good position for the bars and clubs but we always want to try l m had some good report It would be nice if we can get out in October and we’re not fussed where we stay because there is some really nice places all round the island

I Don't believe it, who would have thought they would close until further notice in a worldwide pandemic and no travel allowed, disgusting and stupid that is .... especially when the whole planet is in lockdown, they really should re open immediately

Yes La mirage and Venus are private resorts that you book seperate to your flights. There is not a package deal as such

Both resorts have their own private transport to collect you from the airport, from memory it’s 35 euros

We unfortunately had to cancel 2 holidays to La Mirage in 2020 and have to say, they were simply fantastic about it. Money refunded within 72 hrs and the usual warm and friendly communication with Wendy. Can't wait to return.... but for our next holiday, we're booked, along with friends, on a package holiday in one of the popular PDI hotels...

We had to cancel last November. They were great about it, and shifted us to last two weeks in November this year. The block booking that stopped our usual first two weeks was already in place though. Hopefully we may be able to go this year.

You can catch the local bus from outside the airport , it’s€3.50 , air conditioned "

You can taxi from the airport, or they will organise one for you, but we're not aware of anyone who will book resort and flight as a package. It's very easy and easy to do though. Look at flights dates, then confirm availability and book with resort, then go book flights.

Yes, La Mirage is a couples only resort. They don't allow singles in.
