No messing full refund into our account over Xmas for cancelled week when uk restrictions stopped us flying ... can’t knock that and hope to visit again soon

Same here. We would have re booked with the deposit but it’s all too much in the air. Really appreciated that they could give us a refund. Hopefully it will be October when we get there again.

No such luck with us. Ryanair cancelled our flight about two weeks before we were due to fly out last October.

Venus took our full deposit, no refund, no vouchers, no nothing.

...what did we do?

...We went ahead and booked with them for this October.(La Mirage was full)

Lol, October 2021 at Venus had better be the best week of our lives

Zurich. NOT London.

Venus have been amazing with us, changing dates, refunds, us cancelling only a few days before we were due to fly out due to lockdowns etc etc.

Absolutely brilliant service.

Fingers crossed for May!

(And September & December??)

Huh guess we were just unlucky. Went to the bbq party in Feb past and we had an amazing time in fairness, great venue and lots of couples there.

We're not gonna deny ourselves a good time over a couple of hundred quid

Think October may be a safe bet or seriously hope so! We could only move the flight as far as March but don’t see much point booking Venus as highly unlikely it will happen and fingers crossed for Cap in August

Hoping our Cap holiday goes a head at the end of June
