All hotels are in close range to the the bars. But if you look for ones near yumbo centre and cita centre you won’t go far wrong.

I would recommend Apartmentos Dolores which just round the corner from Sandia Centre and 5 minutes walk from Cita Centre and Jumbo.

Also Playa Del Sol which borders Jumbo or Las Arenas at Kasbah.

All have naked roof terraces and I have stayed in them as a single guy.

You’ll be ok in any hotel as a single male and you won’t be alone as there are several lone people on holiday in PDI.

As long as you are in PDI you’re pretty central for most the clubs. Most will be in short walking distance or even if you need to get a taxi it won’t cost more than a few Euro.
