State of alarm - Curfew

Bournemouth, Notts & Spain

A state of alarm has been approved for the whole of Spain.

This includes a nightime curfew from 11pm to 6am, although each autonomous community can move it an hour each way. Also movement from one community to another at all times without just cause.

It is expected to be in place until April.

Will need to wait for the BOE for precise texts.

It’s been ongoing talk for weeks that if it comes into place the islands would fight it due to our low infections.

OK so each autónomos region has been given authority to implement its own version of a "curfew". For the Valencian region we are not allowed to be out on the streets between the hours of 12am and 6am. No more than 6 people can get together at anyone time. All public park areas will close at 10pm. No live music allowed. So forget parties, Halloween etc etc. This will be in place until Dec 9th......for now!! Rediculous / illogical rules.

I was in a state of alarm earlier. Thought we had run out of ice...

Otherwise next to the pool wearing nothing except a tophat... being an aristocrat. It's a hard life

Agreed! And if this is still in place at Easter Catalonia is enforcing closure of commercial premises at 9pm and curfew at 10pm....
