Opinions, GC, lamirage or Gold?

Never stopped at Gold before but heard glowing reports. We’ve stopped at lamirage a few times and love it.

We’re torn between which to book, both available for our dates.

LM, sunbathing naked is a big bonus for us, and we like the chilled out vibe there.

Gold, walking distance to nightlife (if there is much) and looks lovely.

Anyone stopped at both and help us decide please

Stayed at both. Both have their good points, but Venus Star Resort beats them both hands down.

Looking at booking Venus star or la mirage sometime for Nov. We’ve been to GC a few times and know the bar/club scene. But which swinger resort gets the big thumbs up . Research suggests Venus. Is that correct? Thanks for your guidance.

We stay at la mirage and Venus star need a lot of couples at Venus to have fun not a lot of people about at night la mirage is normally good fun day and night at the minute when there not a lot of people about la mirage would be my choice

We have stayed at both. Some people prefer LM, we prefer Venus Star. We were there a month ago, about 15 couples and we were having so much fun we extended our stay for an extra 5 days. As the club's were closed, a lot of people were staying at Venus in the evening, the bar and the restaurant were open and we had some really good night's on the terrace and in the playroom. There were also day visitors, some from LM as well as locals and those staying at vanilla hotels. Can't imagine staying anywhere else now.

We’ve stopped at LM a few times and visited Venus on a day pass a few times.

LM refurbished their rooms after Venus opened, and they are lovely, rooms at Venus also very nice. So I don’t think there’s anything in it regards the actual accommodation. Both have a different vibe though, Venus is more of a party atmosphere, LM is chilled.

It was.......until it became a “our preferred choice of accommodation is better than your choice of accommodation” battle.

It’s not the first time, history says it won’t be the last either.

And to answer the OP’s question.......La Mirage, I can’t see you dragging a couple off to the playroom at Gold within 10 minutes of them arriving as you did at La Mirage.

Hahaaa, happy memories, but I don’t think either of you were actually dragged, it was more a case of willingly following

Only been to La Mirage this holiday. Really liked it. Naked sunbathing. Locker key with tab BUT we had friends there so only had to pay 40€ for entrance.

Venus Star is very good too. 69€ for Day Pass, BBQ, Tapas, Foam Party etc. (Google is your friend)

If you have a holiday booked for GC...COME OVER AND HELP THE ISLANDS. It's a blast!
