TUI are hilarious. They have cancelled our flight there but not the return portion of the flight even though it's one booking.

We have tried to explain that if we could get there like Dr Who then we wouldn't need a plane back

I've eventually won my fight with TUI. It appears being nice to them doesn't work. The alternatives are pretty effective, however.

EasyJet seem to be combining flights that are half full. It seems to be mainly return flights at this stage.

If they cancel your flight just look for a day either side that they are still flying. That's if your schedule allows. They are allowing people to move dates without charges.

Just arrived in GC from LGW. LGW quiet LAS even quieter.. Temperature checked and QR checked at LAS. Really painless EasyJet flight less than 50% capacity. Took off early. Because of tail winds made record time. Just glugging a bottle of complimentary Cava. Let the games begin. Just hope it’s that easy for return.

Well most likely we will be in Maclennans Sports Bar to start off, then taxi off to ComeBack Bar in the Cita Centre then back to our villa and if people want to join us they can

Also plan trips to Venus for their Day Pass days. Might venture to the Yumbo and the beach.

Braais and socials also at our villa for friends who are over the same time.

That would be a biased view because I can have a party anywhere and even on my own. Make the best of any situation so anything you hear from me will be through rose coloured glasses.

Meant to get windy and almost a tropical storm type of vibe from today (Tuesday 20th). Yesterday was gorgeous. We spent the day at La Mirage with excellent company and was very impressed with the place itself. We've never been able to get into it when we booked in the past.

If the weather goes a bit poo we will spend our money in local shops and restaurants and boost the economy

Things are quiet here, but you can get restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc... opened, also weather is great, and some clubs started to open too

Secrets and the Cinema are open at this point. If the hours get extended then more clubs will open.
