The government haven't announced a review date, but think it's monitored continuously, as are other countries.

Actually, think you're right that's when they seem to make the decisions, I can't see Spain getting back on the corridor list anytime soon, unfortunately

Have made reservations for 12 to 19th December. Mixed reports everywhere not just this site. But viewing some live web cams and things do seem a little busier every week. Fingers crossed.

If you believe what’s in the sun ,the uk government are going to announce the canaries and Balearic Islands will be off the quarantine list soon

That will be awesome mate. I really think the Canaries should be treated separately to the mainland as they are miles away and the rates apparently are much lower

I agree, they should be treated separately, but as the Canarian government have just closed down all nightlife to try and stop the most recent outbreak in Las Palmas before the season starts officially in October Our government is unlikely to take the islands off the naughty list while they have a daily rise in infections.

All this uncertainties are not good for the mental health. Meant to be heading to Majorca end of Sept but for now it is just a waiting game.

I believe so Samiss but it sounds like it's unlikely for the foreseeable though

Yes, seems unlikely for now. I'm still clinging on to some kind of hope that I'll be able to head out mid-October, will just have to wait and see...

Yeah I know, let's hope things can change in the next couple of months. Even if the clubs aren't open (or Imagine or Comeback) will be nice to get some sunshine and hopefully some naked sunbathing in at least

Yeah, I hear you RB. Not really for me either. I will do the same as you...wait until end of September/beginning of October and see where we are with it then. If things haven't improved there's always next year (hopefully!) xx

We’ve just changed Majorca to Corfu, 5th Sep but that’s not guaranteed! It’s so stressful...lol

Back to PDI for Christmas (hopefully) X
