Its not a medical form its just a form you have to fill in on the plane to say where your staying.

Download the spth app from play store and you can fill out online and get a barcode 2 days before you travel.

It's a two page form, I got ours from the Ryanair site and just handed them in on arrival. Asking for address etc takes 5 minutes.

Its not a medical form its just a form you have to fill in on the plane to say where your staying."
that's not true you have to fill it in before you fly, otherwise you can be refused entry or have to fill it on arrival in Spain

Costa Blanca Spain...

This form must only be for people arriving by air.

Not sure what the French are doing at the channel ports but for anyone driving down, once you are in the Schengen zone there are no border checks at all.

Last week we drove from Germany via Luxembourg and France and the borders were just as they were pre Covid.

the form. Asks you where you are staying and if you are driving into Spain it must be filled in, also you do it on line so they have the information.

Interesting.

Maybe that is the case for Germany as well, but there was nothing publicised about it.

Maybe it was just us that missed it. I'll put the subject up on the German site we use and see if anyone else knows about it.

You're confused.

You have to fill in the form online before you fly which is only for air transport but you also have to fill in another form with your details and hand it in at the airport / ferry terminal / border

You don't have to fill in the form online before you fly. We got back from Spain last Saturday. Before we left two weeks prior, we got our form from the Ryanair site, I printed them off and we filled them in. When we arrived in Spain we handed the forms to the waiting officials. Those people who didn't have a form had to fill one in before they left the airport.

Its only the same as you have to show your passport at the hotel, because of the virus they've going to make everyone give all there details. Weather in the eu or not.

Well it must have changed because jet2 gave me the online link to complete the form, sign it 48 hours before departure and you get a qr code to print so you can scan it at the airport, you also get a form in the plane or you can download it at home so there are 2 forms required

I've just arrived in Spain by ferry. Given the form to fill in at Portsmouth, and it was collected on arrival at Bilbao. Quick, easy, absolutely no problems.

Now staying in Guardamar, Costa Blanca if anyone is interested in meeting. Male, female or both!

Fill in the paper form I did the online one and they would only accept the paper one at Málaga airport, lucky I did both just in case
