The Spanish Tourism Minister said “Get booking your holidays”! So we listened and booked for 9th to 17th October. Anyone else listen and take note? All being well it will be our first time in Benidorm

Just booked October 7th until 11th with a group of friends.

Hopefully it’s nearly back to normal.

Even if Cafe B, Western etc are shut due to social distancing it’ll still be worth it to enjoy the bars on levante beach during the day and find some new watering holes at night.

Looking out to sea from the seafront it is to the left, you have to walk round the point at the end of the beach and it’s the next cove, very nice beach

In Benidorm itself there is one, but it is quite a trek.

It's called Cala Almadraba and is around the headland at the far end of Levante beach.

Follow the road up the hill from the hotel Benikactus. As you go around the headland you are overlooking it.

The only other one is Cala Raco Conil between Benidorm and Villajoyosa. But you will need a car..

Hiya, this information is not correct. There is an absolutely fantastic nudist beach opposite Hotel Montiboli. Superb access,, huge beach & sea is perfect for swimming. The beach is a little difficult to find, it’s not very well know to tourists making a perfect place to relax amongst other naturists. Families are often seen on this beach, hence the security is obvious. I guess the only downside, toilets are not easily accessible.

Yes we know of that one, but the Hotel Montiboli is the far side of Villajoyosa from Benidorm so didn't think it was worth mentioning.

E-mail late last night from Vueling cancelling return flight 13 Oct so it's a definite no-go from me. Outward flight still scheduled to fly 1 Oct but they're allowing full refund on both flights. Separately booked accommodation cancelled within time limits so no loss there either which is good. I will miss the sun though - used to set me up for the winter!
