Just been e mailed by jet2....refund for 26th april flights should be within 28 days!!! Will let u know...stay safe..

I was due to fly Jet2 on the 26th April, got my refund on the 30th March.

Did you pursue this or did you wait as advised. We were due out tomorrow and have had 3 emails but nothing else.

When we applied..we were notified by them to go into manage bookings to check options...2 weeks ago we did ask for refund...and was notified 2 days ago it would be within 28 days...by other comments..not sure if this option still available!!!,

I didn't directly request a refund, just received a couple of emails advising me that they were working through flights by due to fly times and the refund was applied to my credit card.

Just received refund yesterday.

Reckon 4-6 weeks, but best of all the airline companies. Phoned me on a Friday. Tried to process refund, but said system was down!

I thought "omg heard that one before". I know sorry. Very cynical. True to their word Monday came 11am back on phone to me . Refund done. In my account in 3 days. Well done JET 2.

Had the email weeks ago replied that I would like to rebook , heard nothing , last night got the same email asking me if I would like to rebook or get a refund , so had to fill the form out and wait , not good customer service

If you think Jet2 have bad customer service then look to Ryanair. Had 2 flights and one holiday refund. See the Ryanair post, and then say bad customer service. Stay safe

Well I’ve filled the form out twice , and on both of them asked for an evening phone call to rebook my holiday, guess who phoned me this morning Sunday at 8.56 am jet2 , missed the call , tried to phone back but they are not accepting calls and the message said to wait for a phone call , not good
