Morning all

So this won’t apply to most but....

The government has announced they are to defer the IR35 tax rule changes until 6th April 2021

Now, I was forced to change from being outside IR35, to working through an umbrella company this month

It's been a complete sh1t show by HRMC and has buggered up a huge part of the labour market.

To suddenly put it on hold for a year is completely meaningless

Iv been both paye and cis for the last 10 years.within the last 6 months I have went cis only as a sole trader.the 2 companies I do work for at the moment dont fall into the ir35 category, I dont think. I'll have too look into it properly when iv got time,which going by this virus might be very soon
