Would anyone know of any get togethers for like minded people looking for relaxed fun in the Edinburgh area

Don't like after8 and it's a very hit or a miss, it's got a very hollow atmosphere and not in my mind very welcoming.

That is your opinion. Plenty go and enjoy after eight. Not very nice of you to voice your negative opinions on an open forum.

Folks are allowed to say they don't like things

Exactly.

It's not for us either for the reasons that have already been state.

Yes of course folk should say what they wish. Guess i have a soft spot for that ckub as its where i first went before my Fab days. Toddled in as a very nervous, shy person and was overwhelmed by the friendliness and relaxed atmosphere i found inside.

Edinburgh

I tried to arrange something recently and got little to no interest.

I suppose it's worked out in the end as with the CV Crisis anyone who had agreed to attend would probably back out.

Virus aside, yes, a small intimate ( doh ) party would be nice . Mandy I must have missed your attempt , sorry !! I suspect getting a venue might be a bit of a problem with said virus , however , as most peeps will be cancelling everything, good deals might be had ! As I am a lazy so and so, could someone else do all the organising and I’ll just come along !
