How the hell is anyone meant to deal with that

You guys have a go that we are all rude but seriously it’s almost a full time job just being polite

Problem is you send a polite no thanks and that generates another message

Activate your message filters and invest time in searching for those that appeal to you instead

Saved me enough hours to actually meet people

Quite simple really. If you have no intention of merging someone due to how they come across or how they look then block them.

Trust me it saves a lot of time.

There’s only so many times you can say a polite no thanks before they start taken it personally and turning abusive!

I tend to just ignore mine and only reply to friends.

I don't worry about the number at the top. I rarely even delete these days.

I use the site my own way.

I have taken to using the filters and having clear outs as and when time allows. Also blocking those I am uninterested in to save the hassle of repeated messages.

I never have that amount of unread message.

I use my filters and delete any that have blatantly not read my profile and block ones that are rude or abusive and I never mass delete as I find they tend to fall off my inbox after so long.

Met with a girl last night she showed me she had 500 odd unread mails. I was shocked, woman get absolutely hounded on this no wonder some of them get frustrated. I wouldn't mind 500 mails from woman though haha
