Most men would be grateful for a reply of any kind. Maybe they have 20messages to reply to and very little time.

Well for me it says alot about a person, it's nice to send and receive something to which is more legible.

So your not talking about Tee-line or Pitman then lol.

I used to be able to do 100 words per minute in shorthand.

Yes maybe but i do try and answer most of my messages which is not easy and i would like to think a reply is appreciated rather than criticised. I am guilty of writing thanx instead of thank you but its not rocket science to work out what that means.

If you have to love them , why are you starting a thread complaining of them. ?

For me a message like you describe would tell me enough about the person that I probably would neither wish to see a picture of them or meet them . In essence , those type of messages are very helpful to me.

Some shorthand is acceptable but never ever text talk. And any attempt to say something like 'could of' instead of could have (as well as various other bits) just flat out kills the mood. vagina like the Sahara x

I sometimes fall into txt talk when online.

Especially when doing emails at work. Eeek!

Thankfully I amend before I send, but only at work.

Unfortunately it’s the way of the world.
