Where did you hear that?"On Scottish news as we speak, a measure of alcohol every hour, beats going to the pub I guess. Got to say this even beats jacks fab bar. At least you can guarantee some real nurses at the NHS free bar. | |||

"It is hoped the people on the program will use less resources such as nhs and police/courts as their drinking will be more controlled so in turn for the investment in regulating their alcohol consumption their is less pressure on other resources. " Makes sense to me, give it a try what's the worst that could happen. I'd rather see my tax mo eyes used in this way than squaring up some womans face that's been rattled by a d*unk husband.
