"Who's getting alcohol?"

On Scottish news as we speak, a measure of alcohol every hour, beats going to the pub I guess. Got to say this even beats jacks fab bar. At least you can guarantee some real nurses at the NHS free bar.

Maybe so , I just don't like seeing my 40 % tax spent on buying alcoholics more drink.

If it's in a controlled environment with appropriate supervision and counselling to approach the reasons for the alcohol abuse then it's worth a shot (no pun intended).

I bought 3 books last week and one of my tickets won. Every time I arrange a time to collect my prize she's up the hospital picking up her ration of alcohol.

Lanarkshire

It is hoped the people on the program will use less resources such as nhs and police/courts as their drinking will be more controlled so in turn for the investment in regulating their alcohol consumption their is less pressure on other resources.

Makes sense to me, give it a try what's the worst that could happen. I'd rather see my tax mo eyes used in this way than squaring up some womans face that's been rattled by a d*unk husband.

Ps

Aggressive d*unk females are also available
