Any recommended bars near Cjs

We are thinking of a visit to Cjs in a few weeks and wondered if anyone can recommend a cool bar nearish to the venue?

Ideally one where the entry of a very scantilly clad woman or 2 is unlikely to cause a riot

Glasgow

Its not really a night life area so I would suggest going for a couple in town and getting a taxi to cjs. Depending when you're going there might also be organised pre-drinks if you check forums

Hope you have a good night.

None really in walking distance of less than say 20mins that’s me taking a morning walk in trainers to pick my car up from Charing Cross premier inn, but it’s just a 5min taxi ride from the city centre so it’s more what sort of bars/budget are you looking for

Given the 6" heels on her thigh boots walking 20 minutes is not a good idea. Lol

Think we will have to look for somewhere suitable in the city centre

So cjs is towards the north of the city, so you can totally get away with anywhere sauchiehall street, bath street etc. I would 100% reccomend some easier shoes for walking around the city for getting from bar to bar. Vodka revolution is really good

Just don’t head to any pub north of cjs, the top end of town is closest.

What Ammixtape said. Sauchiehall Street your best bet. Really is nothing nearby.

Warrington & Glasgow

If I remember correctly, the only thing near CJ's, that would be open in the evening, is a big Chinese restaurant (SeaWoo?), but you'd still have a 1/4 mile walk. Any black cab from the city centre will get you there, and I'm sure CJ will have a number to call for your return.

I meant a land mark/hotel/restaurant, so you aren’t getting dropped off or picked up from the club.

Nothing really about - but don't fret about being using a taxi to/from the club, plenty of folk do with no issues.

Just ask to be picked up from the street outside.

The staff can call you one from trusted companies.

Seewoo is shut down now

Anywhere in Glasgow city or west end as it's about same distance so plenty of options as the difference in taxi costs from one end of town to another is about £1

Cjs won't give out the address/area until you're confirmed to go just for everyone's safety, but if you give them a call I'm sure they can help you out with some recommendations
