What’s your way of beating a hangover apart from hair of the dog. For me it used to be the old irn bru in a can especially when you can’t stomach food

Doesn't happen too often anymore, since i found my tipple that's in general hangover free (unless i drink like a litre of it) x

I don't usually get hangovers as I take vitamins "yeast vite" before I have a drink. But should I forget my vits and end up suffering I make some toast and salad cream or toast and marmite, sorts me out quick.

Keep hydrated, pint of water before drinking and then before bed should prevent hangover. Failing that don't drink so much
