We absolutely love being naked on a beach. It's wonderful feeling being totally free and relaxed. You can find naturist beaches in almost every holiday destination.

Between Edinburgh and Scottish Borders

First time in Barcelona few years ago. There is a part of public biggest beach designated for naturists - perfect. We have also been to some in Croatia and Majorca but they were rather disappointing, as some of them weren't FKK anymore. 2 years ago we stayed in naturists resort in Gran Canaria and that was amazing experience. We've loved so much that we are coming back this year.

The thing about a nudist beach is turn up, strip off and lie down.

It's the people who come in and faff about wrap in a towel and strip off underneath and then lie down before taking the towel off.

There are no supermodels there, there are crinkly cocks, wonky cocks, boobs down the the navel, scars, lumps, bumps. No one really cares.

Try though to to to a mandatory nude beach, not clothing optional. You get to many people come in and sit there without stopping and just ogle.

Yes the Scottish Outdoors Association had an open day there a couple of years back...
