Would any singletons be intrested in friendships..looking for like minded people for going abroad ect .not necessary for sex. But just cause my pals have lads or kids .

The concept is good for those who can accept friendship and no more, but could easily get difficult.

Best to het to know a group socially first and set boundaries

probably but you could have as much or as little to do with the group as you like and I'd guess some meet n greets before the trip would help with a sense of if its plausible I'd thought of something along these lines but I prefer to be on my own and make acquaintances over there

yup there are 2 grand plus for a 500 quid holiday singles are a travel agents cash cow

I think you could be right, it is something I miss though.

I always enjoyed going on holiday with my ex, I was on a lads holiday in November and never again....

Too much drink first of all

They were an embarrassment next

Coming home needing a break just isn't my idea of fun...

It's nice to have a companion for drinks, meals, lazing by the pool and going for walks.

Being a mum my ideal holiday is one on my own in the sun not having to run after anyone - sounds bliss

Can imagine it is more expensive and may get boring if doing it all the time yourself though

London - till 25th

Currently sitting in the airport waiting for a flight back to fabland.

Just spent 2 weeks avoiding the Christmas muppetry and hope to do so again next year.

2 weeks of peace n quiet, not fighting for the remote/dinner choice/pc access - utter bliss.

I've already started to look for apartments and maybe even a villa for next year. Spain? Portugal? Or go all out and visit Miami?

Would I like company? Who knows...

Personally, I don't book via the travel agents, but on line via credit card and properly certified letting agents.

CC's have better arrangements for getting your money back in the event of "issues".
