Don't you just hate the holidays for putting the old body clock way more out of sync than anything else!

Would. Love to hear other folks go to sleep aids

I feel your pain. I was in bed around the same time, woke up for the loo 2.5hrs ago and despite my best efforts I'm still wide awake

Work today may be mostly sponsored by caffeine.

I’ve been all over place since I was off 5 days at Xmas. But having to drag my ass out of bed this morning at 5am for work will hopefully help

Soooo out of sync too. Sleeping late, then not waking up early enough.

Not too bad....knocking the heid on the booze and trying to eat normal sized dinners at the usual time normally helps me.

I must be the exception to this role then. Going to bed at normal time of 11 or half past and sleeping like a log tool 9 or 10. Unheard of for me as I'm usually awake early doors.

I'm not complaining though. It's great.

I'm staying up late, it seems to help and keeping the alarm off so I'm not waking up too early and feeling quite refreshed x

Glasgow ish

We have been going to bed pretty late ( after 12ish) , then waking up about 10 / 11ish which I'm not too keen on because I like to get up early and get things done. For some reason I cant break the cycle .

It too easy to lie in during the winter when it's so dark outside, when I go back to work I hardly get a sleep the night before but after the first day back I have a great sleep

Same here I wake every day around 7 with no alarm clock and this fortnight I’ve been up later and sleeping till 10/11. I need to get back into routine for work on Monday!!

My body clock is all messed up constantly due to working nights. I sleep for only a few hrs at a time and i always class my days off as my weekend.

This is me 351 days of the year. But during these holidays I go back to a "normal" sleep pattern. If there is such a thing.

Nights are terrible for a regular sleep pattern. I feel your pain. X

Same issue - I'm a natural night owl at the best of times but during long holidays I become a total vampire. I find exercise, like running or working out, tires me enough that I'm ready to doze. Thankfully I work from home so I will be able to ease myself back into routine slowly next week.

I to always wake around six although I wouldn't want it to change mornings the best part of the day

We’re both back to work on Monday so starting to try and re regulate the body clock. Only a couple of drinks last night then in bed for a reasonable hour.

No more drinking for us in January, we refuse to say we are ‘doing Dry January’, and no late school nights for the foreseeable.

That will hopefully get us back up and running properly sooner rather than later.

My sleep pattern is knackered! I use the ‘this works’ sleep spray on my pillow and the Calm app. Calm app is fantastic, get read a story and it sends me straight off to sleep.
