Meant to add is anyone else doing any challenge's this year? Mr.N is doing Tough Mudder, baker hughes in Aberdeen and the Hog roast run in Banchory. He is turning into a fitness freak!

I done the berlin marathon last year for a charity... it was a great cause and they were very greatful fot the money raised. I think anyone who is doing anything for charity is great even a coffee morning.

I have taken 14 groups up Kilimanjaro in the past 11 years all in aid of charity. Nothing planned at the moment due to recovering from a knee op, still there is always next year. Maybe we could organise a swingers group to do the climb. Jim
