I've a feeling I asked this last year (I have no imagination)...

What's for Christmas dinner?

I think we're having fish (salmon probably) this year, but it generally evolves into a buffet for two!

Loads of roast veg, various types of spud, gravy and the obligatory 3 slices of turkey on my plate as my parents refuse to accept they have a veggie in the family.

This is our plan but with some kind of fish and all the veggies. Hopefully a nice halibut.

Big juicey T-bone steaks, large beef join, gammon joint, all the trimmings, potato & sweet potato roasties, butternut squash, Brussels, caramelised veggies( Bell peppers, red and white onions, parsnips, asparagus), dessert is usually my big pancake waffles with cream and syrup or eat'n mess.

Buffet style I have done for past 25 years with the whole family of 24 but now it's just the 12 people. Myself, hubby, 2 kids at home and My big kids and thier kids.

When is Xmas over

I’ll be having Christmas dinner on my own and I have no idea what I will be eating. Maybe pizza! Definitely wine!

Thank you, you are a feeder eh! I’ll decline this time as I really do enjoy the peace and quiet after a crazy, hectic morning and a much too early rise.xx
