"What is it these days that make folk want to risk their health and that of others by going bare " Some prefer the feel I suppose, for me I prefer bare but I am also risk averse so cover up, might be why I prefer oral though.

"Risk is factor of likelihood and consequence. How likely is something to happen. And. How serious are the consequences. This is all weighed against the use of a suitable barrier. Theorectically there are risks from oral sex but most folk seem to ignore them as although the consequences are the same the chances of it happening are much lower (but still there) Anal sex is the riskiest as the body does not have some of the defensive mechanisms in place as it was not designed for invasive sexual practices. All this is then put against factors such as lack of knowledge, it'll never happen to me, faith in others not lying, people wanting to feel natural, folk who actively enjoy cum in/on their/their partners' bodies. You just need to look at the national STI rates to realise that there is plenty unprotected sex out there. Especially in the older age group past the pregnancy stage of life." You should really have mentioned the two most effective methods of risk control before jumping straight to engineering controls and PPE. I find elimination particularly effective.

"What is it these days that make folk want to risk their health and that of others by going bare " I reckon that it is quite possibly down to one being horny, I have absolutely no factual evidence for this though; so take from it what you will. I personally always wrap myself up like an Eskimo and get tested frequently. In my youth however, I had always relied on pulling out quicker than Jeremy Corbyn reneging on all of his promises, if he were to get elected. I guess that I was lucky, I only ever got some minor infections and a few children ![]()

"What is it these days that make folk want to risk their health and that of others by going bare " because its a free world and that's their choice. Don't need the morality police to do a thorough investigation. Case closed.

" Get the risk assessments completed first, signed and submitted. Otherwise it's a lot of paperwork and clinic appointments if there's a critical incident ![]()
