Seeing a few profiles where it is stated that folks are looking to actually physically meet but later stating cant accommodate, cant travel - mmh? thats them snookered?

Not really sincerely wondering about such things but i work from home and while this can be very busy most times, sometimes i definitely have too much time so these "weired" thoughts come to my mind....
