We all know the Series on AMC.

Have to ask who's your favourite character and why?

Has to be Negan for me. The actor Jeffery Dean Morgan has added humour, fear and more to this Season.

This season has been pretty poor although the last 2 episodes have been good, don't know if it can go on much longer without some major changes to the storyline

Thought Glen and Jesus were both good as well, they seem to kill off the good characters all the time. Think it needs to get back to what it was in the early seasons.

The main thing with the characters is that although things have been calmed over with Kirkman, if they use any characters from the comic in a similar fashion in the TV Series, they have to pay Kirkman an inflated rate.

It's why people like Daryl and Carol are used so highly.

Daryl didn't exist in the comics, and Carol was dead long ago (Prison era of stories).

Other characters are being used differently and new characters have been created.

I'm still waiting for the character of Scott to be used more often, they had originally announced he would be used to fill the void that Heath left, but he's been left as a background character with occasional lines.

Phew, that's alright then. Merle really was my biggest disappointment in characters they killed off early. I reckon the Dixon brothers could've been one helluva team

From what I read, it was an opposing contract that ended up getting Merle killed. The actor couldn't commit to both roles.

His redemption story was a good one.

One of the ones where you regonise his face, but not sure where from.
