I've seen many comment on posts, not seen anyone post adverts for nights, listing costs etc. But you've been here a lot longer than me

Given his other posts listing what's on and on what nights, costs for everyone, listing what is supplied etc - that sounds like he's an employee. If not then he's advertising for them, s_ands to reason he wouldn't be doing that for free.

Nothing wrong with it, just what I've observed.
