So been speaking to nice woman for couple of weeks, and arranged to meet for coffee this morning.

Messaged this morning to confirm details and been blocked. Women moan about guys on here, but a some women are not much better. If not interested just say rather wasting two weeks of messaging.

The lady obviously changed her mind & rather than tell you she blooked you or maybe shes blocked you accidently and doesnt realise .. it can happen

Just put it down to experience and move on

In regard to male and female behaviour... there’s good and bad both sides. In regard what happened to you OP, yes I agree it was poor but as also said you weren’t technically stood up. A wee point... it could be she changed her mind but thought she might get ping pong mails of why/what did I do or say wrong/can we still chat etc etc. Sometimes that happens so it’s less hassle to block. As others have said, block and move on

There is no excuse...shes spoke for 2 weeks and arranged a coffee meet. Only when he tried to arrange the details she blocked him. If the timewaster had any decency at all. She should have at least demonstrated why she didnt want too. Nothing to do with Table Tennis.IMO

This. Had you only conversed on here or had you spoken to her on the phone? If only here, did the profile have verifications proving she was genuine? If not, you can't be sure it was a real profile.

If she was genuine then as stated above there could be many reasons for her block. Its unfortunate but the nature of the game, I'm afraid. Hopefully next time will be better for you

The last meet I had set up text me well after the agreed meet time, where I had been sitting waiting to tell me her “relatives have just turned up” wanted to spend time with them... maybe so but don’t be wasting my time by having me attend the meet, keep me waiting, then stand me up. Cock of a thing to do to someone.

Im a bit like Kola here.

I would need to build up some trust before even getting to a meet stage and thats just for a social.

I find with mutual communication over a period time it can eliminate the issues of ghosting or no shows.On a plus side, it can also build up trust with others possibly looking to interact with me.

It's very contradictory of me in some way as i seem off the cuff spontaneous sexually but i have never since the site began jumped into bed with someone in a matter of days or a couple of weeks.

Touch wood..I've never been stood up or ghosted.
