We both do and have the bedroom window open slightly unless there are strong winds,rain or snow, don't have the bedroom heater on either.

I used to always sleep naked, windows open and duvet flung to the side lately though I struggle to regulate my body temp so sometimes wear pjs and also bury myself in the duvet lol wake up saturated and having to strip

Bed, I can’t get a happy medium since moving into a house with central heating
