It's always tricky to understand the nuance and context someone speaks in by text never mind in a different language, it's regarded as a fun, flirty reference by lots I think but as you've seen not everyone likes it. It's not something I'd like in an initial message for sure

Also don’t hugely likely the word tits. Any word that can be used as an insult / negatively, ie ‘don’t be such a tit’ or ‘that’s gone tits up’ isn’t something I’m comfortable with being casually referenced to my body parts *

* unless it’s an agreed verbal trashing role play scenario.

You should never settle for a word or words that you don’t like, guys should accept the fact that you don’t like a certain word and respect your choice and never use it again. Just my opinion

We have such a rich vocabulary, it takes very little effort and imagination to find an alternative.

Maybe that's another thread, alternative terms.
