I’ve done this before when someone clearly had herpes. Just made a gentle suggestion they see a doctor.

We got a message from a couple and one photo showed him inserting a finger into his wife. The trouble was his fingernails looked as if he had been repairing a car and were black.

I suggested he remove not only the picture but his finger as well.

He sent a wonderful two word reply beginning with "F" and blocked us....
