X" Get the PT at the gym to do a max test and do weight training with a wee bit of cardio. The weight will fall of you if you combine that with cutting out crap. And just go regular | |||

So starting a bit more exercise to help aswell." if folk spent more time on the diet side and realise it's a lifestyle change not no fizz and 17 burpees diet far and away has the highest impact. Find the diet that suits you buy smaller plates and learn portion control. Only eat when you need to not when your programmed to. | |||

Definitely this (never thought I would say 'wise words' from doggy lol) and whatever the PT gives you to do, do it at 110%. Only get back what you put in lol | |||
