I T.... (Idiot Technology.) Fails...

So I'm sitting at my laptop, answering emails.. I notice a spelling mistake so touch my screen to move the cursor to the right place. It doesn't move. Try again... Same thing.. Five minutes I try. Then I remember my laptop doesn't have a touch screen. Doh.

Would like to hear others technology fails or faux pas..might make me feel a wee bit less like a dafty.

I regularly try to open our security door with my pin number.

Also sent a company wide email with my home number. Cue lots of confused messages.

I use my phone for everything and if im stuck i take it down to local shop and ask for help. Man in shop turned out to be on Fab and saw my account (i dont log out ) and messaged me the same day. How embarrassing.

Computer User Non Technical until the Service Managers caught onto the acronym.

I do this every time I am helping my buddy out at his store, I have touch screen and he doesn't. Will prod his screen 5-10 times a day when I'm in, sometimes only couple of minutes apart.

When we first got computers at work one of the guys could not get his email to send he was putting , At instead of @ , his mistake was soon noticed

When i got my Google home mini, I thought I'd try out its calling feature, so asked it to phone my parents.

Somehow, it decided to phone one of my previous bosses (whom i did not get on with)

Panicked as i tried to think how tha feck do you quickly hangup on a buttonless smart speaker???
