BUNNY BALL CANCELLED

Hi everyone.

We are sorry to have to inform you that due to the poor response of payment we have had to cancel the forthcoming Bunny Ball, We had over 140 people ask for details but only 43 people have paid. This amount was unable to cover the cost of the venue, buffet and disco.

We feel that the hall would look very empty with just 43 people in it, we would like to thank everyone who gave us some ideas as how to carry the night on even with the small amount but we cannot ask people to pay more for a night that should only cost you £5 each, we both feel bad that we had to cancel as we were looking forward to seeing some old friends & hopefully some new ones.

If we had known just how many people had other plans that weekend we would have gone for another date and for the people that never got back to us at all SHAME ON YOU !!!! You let the side down by not telling us you could or couldn’t make the social if we had known we could have got more people on the short list.

Hopefully someone will run a bunny ball next year with more success than ours and we wish them luck.

We will be in touch with the people who have paid so we can refund your money we would like to thank everyone who have paid and given their support.

Once again we would like to say sorry.

Likewise to View comments…. Well done for trying this again, your previous socials have been really good nights and was looking forward to this one very much.

Either use our money to help to cover any expenses you have incurred, or to give to charity of your choice.

Hi guys so sorry that this social has had to be cancelled and yes shame on those for not keeping intouch with the organisers and letting them know why you couldnt make your payment or why you wernt able to attend

I have suggested before that maybe the social organisers get together and come up with some plan to stop this happening in the furture maybe now is the time ?

Likewise i am gutted that the social has been cancelled due to some selfish idiots, who have spoiled it for everyone else. You are a superb couple and put a lot of hard work into arranging a fantastic night for everyone. Please donate my payment to charity or to help with expenses etc.

Although we were not going to the event we think it is a shame the way things turned out.

We have been to cums socials before and very good they were too.

Maybe as was suggested before the way forward is pay as your place is confirmed and payment is non returnable unless the event is cancelled. I dont think may folk would miss a few pound if the surplus was going to charity.

So sorry it had to come to this,we had 4 tickets and would rather it never went to charity but for you to buy a bottle of your favourite tipple and have a drink on us for all the stress and hassle xx

So sorry to see one of the. Best nites having to be cancelled. Such a shame I was down for this but due to family now I had to cancel mine. Or I would have been there wie flyin colours. Hope that you will do another nite though as they are fantastic nites out in fife. Well done for all your hard work and again I'm sorry it had to be cancelled. Xxxx
