Sorry folks...looks like the bunny ball may need to be cancelled.!!! Loads of interest...but lack of payments...we will be in touch with those who have paid over the weekend for returning money..if cancellation goes ahead..

I've been waiting on the reserve list for a few weeks now. I'm wanting to attend but been told i'm 10th on the reserve list?

I have the money, would love to attend. I still have my bunny ears from the last one i attended.

I'm pissed off at the others who were in front of me and didnt pay. It's not as if the money is a lot to part with in the first place.

15 weeks to pay £5.... and they still can't ..PATHETIC !!! ( nearly 4 pay days @ £1.50 per month )

in future the organisers should post the list, if you put your name down... 4 weeks to pay ( covers a pay day ), if no payment, they are moved to the reserve list.... end of.

people go to the bother of organising, giving their name and addresses to the venues to cover the costs, possible deposits paid and then have to go to the hassle of chasing a £5.

think shame........

I think there maybe too many and that is where some of the problem lies, they rush to put their names down and then panic as they can't go to all..

I hate the fact that this is happened, as they are an amazing couple and put a lot of hard work into making socials amazing and great fun

I think we should start a "lets save the bunny" social fund and make sure it goes ahead....xxx

Agree _iew think payment has to be recieved as soon as names are down on the list with say 4 weeks to pay then your moved to reserve list and your place offerd to someone else .

without naming names but in my opinion its always the same ones adding their names then never attending sometime not even notifying you that they aint coming along which isnt fair on those who are waiting on the reserve list

That's what we did with ball and it worked and we will do that again this year.... We do it all thought PayPal....

We also have a list of people who were akward and non paying from last time...

Always worked for us first come first served basis...not payed yer money not on ma list...shimples...

When numbers have been reached then add to reserve for folks pullin out...

And by the way this isny a dig at anyone who's running socials as everyone does it different...

This is a horrible thing to hear. Play n Cum have hosted brill socials in the past ( my very first one about 5 years ago!) And they get more n more hassle every time they do organise one. It's just not fair on them!!!!

Bang goes my 40th Birthday celebration if it doesn't go ahead. Was loving the idea of spending it with all the friends I've made over the years

Looks like it will be up the town, and I'm not a drinker so doesn't hold that much appeal.....

Unless someone wants to fund an Amsterdam visit.....lmao xx

I thought Play posted a few days ago saying they will open the list for more names so why are you still on the reserves? Have you checked recently with Play?

That works much better and fairer. It would also eliminate those who put their names up for every event and never attend any or even bother to cancel and end up giving hassle to the organisers and make other genuine people miss out.

It is ridiculous that the oranisers of any event have to go through so much hassle and extra work when they are doing all of us a great service to organise something we all enjot only to end up with so much hassle and chasing and may be even out of pocket. Shame on those who are spoiling it for the rest for the sake of a few pounds and those who put names up knowing they would never attend

Gutted for Play and Cum,they are a great couple and put an awful lot of effort into making sure their social's go well.

We had to pull out as our family arranged a surprise 70th for my mum on the day of the social! (not her birthday...but closest weekend!) BUT we have sent payment as way of donation towards night/charity whatever.

We genuinely disappointed to be missing it, as it was a blast last year! Well run, great venue, and lots of FUN people!....Hope it can still go ahead, as sooooo many will be disappointed if it doesn't.

Due to jas working we were never going but as a cpl that go to most socials I agree with only when you have paid your money should you get on the list. Terrible to think a social has to be cancelled. Auds x

such a shame would have been our first social

we was hoping to meet mr & mrs play at after8 one sat nite but due to lack of funds we have not been able to attend.

if it still goes ahead we will have to find away to get the payment done
