They are huge as well! My kitty can’t get eating his dinner in peace because of them.

It’s the decking snails this year !! My driveway is covered in them in the evenings when I get home and I keep crunching them underfoot

I normally don't kill anything but those wee bastards get the extra strength hair spray treatment every time.

They're definitely bigger. I've noticed this over the years and I've been wondering if they're mating with another species. Could be this current climate too which won't be helping. Either way they're evil things, just the name is scary x

I've lost track of the amount of the buggers I've killed in work.

Wasps are evil. Period. Bees are friendly though....?? I do remember their being an uprising of Hornets this year- they look similar to wasps.

.

generally shouldn't kill wasps by smacking them.they release pheremones to alert more wasps to arrive in "attack" mode.

.

I've got wasps coming in through my bathroom vent, because my neighbour has a nest by their roof

I’m pretty sure killing white Anglo Saxon Protestants is still a no no.

Nothing guarantees to destroy a mans masculinity faster than a wasp flying past his face

Not been bothered by wasps too much thus year but flies definitely seem more annoying than before. Was getting really self conscious whenever I stood still and was surrounded by flies. Time to change aftershave!

I've not seen many wasps yet this year, but the odd few that have got in the house, I've caught and put back out.

Two or three skooshes of dettol antiseptic spray or a whack with the electric tennis racket usually do the trick!

They kill lots of pests in the garden so really useful. Maybe just guide them back outside if you can.

Cucumbers Regina? Grow your own?Get through a lot do you? Or can you grow extra large ones?

I’ve heard celery is a good alternative if the slugs get all your stash.

Both of us have been stung by them in the last week when we’ve been minding our own business. If we see anymore we’re going to have to sort them out haha

Nope it's a hedgehog you need to sort out the slugs. Or a wee bowl of beer.
